Quality of work: Outstanding, a very competent staff of workers overseen frequently by the firm owner.

Close attention to detail, responsive to unanticipated but necessary changes such as replacing pipes under the floor; craftsmanship on finished work was excellent.
Budget. Kept to a budget. Change orders (necessitated either by owner request, or by unforeseen problems behind walls or under floors) were reasonably priced and met our approval.
Clean-up and cleanliness. The IG crew was outstanding, doing everything possible to keep dust and debris at an absolute minimum: laying down protective paper on all floors and hallway, installing zippered enclosures to all affected rooms, vacuuming and/or mopping the floor wherever they worked or walked at the end of every day, and using exhaust fans to vent dust outside when needed, etc. All this was very important to us, and appreciated, as we mostly stayed in the apartment during the renovation. Plus, IG complied with the building management who is quite demanding of contractors, making sure that the hallways are protected and elevator protocols observed.

Responsiveness. IG, both workers on site and firm owner, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions.
Timeliness: Job was well planned and staffed. Work proceeded on a timely and coordinated basis, with no breaks in the workflow.”
